Most modern labels are printed on presses that feed the material through rollers mounted with flexible polymer plates flexography or flexo for short. Labels are the best choice for high volume product marking or situations where maximum outdoor durability is not required. Labels can be supplied using many different materials including paper, polyester, polypropylene, vinyl, aluminum foil and more. Labels are often laminated with clear material to enhance appearance and durability. For maximum durability you may want to consider decals. While labels are produced in a process that starts with rolls of material, they can be cut into sheets of convenient size as they come off the press. Just let us know what your needs are and we'll do our best to provide the right method.
